From £180 fixed price for a Minibus-12 (1–12 passengers, 12 large bags + 12 carry-ons) — one vehicle, no splitting the group across two cars. Compared to 3 Uber XLs (~£270+) or 3 Heathrow Express tickets per person (~£300 for 12 plus connecting taxis), a single Minibus-12 is dramatically cheaper.
What about 6, 7 or 8 passengers — do I need the full Minibus?+
No — MPV-7 (£85 Heathrow → central) fits 7 passengers with 7 large bags. MPV-8 (£105) fits 8 with cruise luggage. The Minibus-12 is for groups of 9–12.
Do you have larger vehicles than 12 seats?+
Yes — we run 16, 24, 33, 49 and 53-seat coaches via our [coach hire service](/coach-hire-london). For groups over 12 (wedding parties, sports teams, corporate offsites) book a coach with driver included.
Will all the luggage fit?+
Yes — the Minibus-12 has dedicated underfloor luggage compartment plus overhead racks fitting 12 large checked + 12 carry-ons. For groups travelling with sports kit, instrument cases, or cruise-sized luggage, mention at booking and we'll confirm fitment.
Are free child seats included for family groups?+
Yes — up to 3 child seats (infant / toddler / booster) free on request. For larger numbers of children, mention at booking and we'll bring extras.
Can the driver wait while we collect everyone at multiple addresses?+
Yes — multi-stop pickups within London are standard. First 15 minutes free at each stop; additional waiting time billed at the published per-15-minute rate. Tell us all pickup postcodes at booking.
Do you do group transfers to cruise ports?+
Yes — Minibus-12 Heathrow → Southampton is £390, Heathrow → Dover £475. Far cheaper than coordinating multiple cars for a cruise embarkation. Mention your sailing date and we time the arrival to your line's boarding window.
Do you tip the driver?+
