Stansted Airport to University of Nottingham Transfers

For Stansted Airport to University of Nottingham: a saloon £394, an estate £433, an MPV for four £508, a six-seater £528, an eight-seater £698. The price is per vehicle rather than per person, so a family pays what one passenger would, and it is fixed at the moment you book — no meter and no surge. Enter your date on the quote form for the exact fare on the day.

About 3 hours 53 minutes in normal traffic, covering roughly 195 km. Weekday peaks and school holidays can add 15 to 30 minutes, and we build that into the pickup time for a flight. Your driver checks traffic before setting off and takes the faster route on the day.

Yes. The 6-seater is £528 and takes 6 passengers with 5 large cases plus 5 cabin bags; the 7-seater is £660 and takes 7 passengers with 6 large cases plus 6 cabin bags; the 8-seater is £698 and takes 8 passengers with 7 large cases plus 7 cabin bags. Size the vehicle on your luggage as well as your headcount — the case limit is not the same number as the seat count, so 8 people with 8 large cases need a minibus rather than the 8-seater. Child seats are included free in any MPV.

Yes — free baby seats, child seats, and booster seats available on request. Mention rear-facing (0-12 months), forward-facing (9 months-4 years), and booster (4-12 years). Just select when booking.

The fixed fare, a professional driver, and door-to-door service. At airports it also covers meet and greet in arrivals with a name board, flight tracking so a delayed landing costs nothing, and 15 minutes of free waiting after your requested pickup time. There is no surge pricing, no card fee and no per-bag charge within the vehicle’s capacity. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.

Yes. Executive class on this route is £584 — a Mercedes E-Class or similar, with a suited driver. It seats up to 2 with 2 cases, so it suits business travel and special occasions rather than families: an executive car cannot carry a child seat, and an MPV is the better choice if one is needed.

Enter your pickup and destination on the quote form, choose your vehicle, pick the date and time, and pay securely by card. Confirmation arrives by email immediately, and we track your flight from then on. You can also book over WhatsApp, or by phone on +44 207 118 0110, at any hour.

All prices are fixed at the time of booking. No meters, no surge pricing, no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay regardless of traffic or route changes.

Answer the DOUBT directly: give the honest trade-off — fixed door-to-door price (~£250), no changes or dragging luggage, meet & greet, vs a cheaper but multi-leg train/coach. State when the private transfer is clearly worth it (groups, luggage, kids, late nights, after a flight).

Answer the PAIN directly: a pre-booked private transfer with meet & greet at arrivals, free flight tracking so the driver waits if you land late, free child seats fitted, and help with bags — straight to the door with no changes.
